双角钢的截面特性
|
接触式和分离式双角钢的特性列入下列各表中。每张表都给出了接触式双角钢的特性和两个角钢的肢分离时对Y-Y轴的回转半径。对于宽厚比超过AISC规范第1.9.1节规定的角钢,表中给出了Fy=30千磅/英寸2和Fy=50千磅/英寸2时的Qs值。对于这些成对角钢,其设计应力以AISC规范附录C中第C2,C5和C6节的规定为准。没有示Qs值者,该双角钢按照AISC规范第1.9.1节的规定,并认为是完全有效的。 |

表格的用法
利用所列Qs和Cc'的公式为设计者提供了一个快速求解容许轴向应力Fa值的方法。
以AISC规范附录C为准按轴心受压构件设计双角钢时,从选择双角钢的公式和所需的Fy值计算Cc'值;
计算(Kl/r)Cc'
若(Kl/r)/Cc'>=1.0,则从AISC规范附录A的表3-36或表3-50中查出所需的Fy和Kl/r值后,直接读出Fa
若(Kl/r)/Cc'<1.0,则从AISC规范附录A的表4,并读出对应于(Kl/r)/Cc'计算值的Ca值

以AISC规范附录C为准设计承受轴向及弯曲组合应力的双角钢时,采用根据Fb=0.6FyQs或规范第1.5.1.4.5节求得的较小值。 |

组合截面
|
标准轧制型钢经常被组合起来,为一些特殊用途生产有效而经济的结构构件。经验已经确定了对某些组合方式的需要。只要尺寸适当,连接正确,能满足设计和规范要求,这类杆件可用作抗压杆件、过梁、檐口支撑、轻型吊车和小车轨道。W型钢和附在腹板上的槽钢不宜用作小车或吊车轨道构件。
